1. Candidates directly registers with us and then they are given the option that they can make their profile Public.
2. All the candidates that are registered with Sakhi Recruiters with Public profile settings, can be viewed by any employer registered with us. They can see their details as well as they can download the profile of the candidate.
3. Any employer can post a job at Sakhi Recruiters and it gets visible to all the public users as well as registered candidates.
4. The benefit to the registered candidate is, they can login and apply to the job through Sakhi Recrutiers online. Immediately our system sends the email notification to the job owner along with the details. The job owner can now directly talk to the candidate and can fix-up other appointments for the requirement.
So, you see we give the option to employers and consultants to post the jobs and take the response of the interested candidates directly in their inbox.
