The job owner can now directly talk to the candidate and can fix-up other appointments for the requirement.

Hi,
It is another initiative that is going on at Sakhi Recruiters. You can register as a Candidate with us and can give references to your known ones through your exclusive account created at Sakhi Recruiters.
Whenever you make a reference through Sakhi Recruiters, our system sends an email notification to the referred person and informs them about your reference. In case your referred person decides to join us with the same email ID you referred with, your account gets credited with points.

The more the references you make, the more the chance is to get the points, and every last day of the month system shows the winner holding highest points. The winner is rewarded with a prize from Sakhi Recruiters.
This scheme is running since last couple of months and you can view the details. Also everyone can see the status of their points and standing against the other people making the competition to win the prize.
